Information we collect
Account details, three applicant identity photos (front, left profile and right profile), birth certificate and government ID scans, passport information, employment and education history, eligibility answers, communications and other supporting documents you provide.
How information is used
To verify applicant identity, operate the portal, conduct employment and eligibility screening, communicate with you, protect the service and meet legal obligations. Applicant photos are not collected for facial recognition or automated biometric identification.
Document security
Uploaded identity files are intended for private, role-based access and are stored separately from the public website. Production storage must use encryption, expiring links, malware scanning and retention controls.
Sensitive information
Do not submit medical diagnoses or disease history in this pre-offer application. Accommodation requests are handled privately and should contain only the information needed to arrange assistance.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable by contacting the privacy team. Some records may need to be retained for security or legal reasons.
