Permitted use
The portal may only be used for legitimate employment and eligibility screening. Fraud, impersonation and unauthorized access are prohibited.
Administrative service payments
Any independent administrative service and its exact price are disclosed before payment and processed by a secure third-party provider. These payments are not government, consular, visa, recruitment, or job-placement fees and do not guarantee employment, sponsorship, petition approval, interview, visa issuance, or admission to the United States. Government fees are separate and must be paid through the applicable official channel.
